Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Safety Data Sheets are part of the Hazards Communication standard (Federal Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200).
The SDS, provided by the manufacturer, is the guide to working with chemicals and hazardous materials safely. The College of Charleston is required to have an SDS for each chemical
All personnel and students are required to read and understand the SDS prior to use of any hazardous chemical.
